Introducing Alumite, an advanced process that makes this ceramic pot so unique!

It is a special anti-corrosion method that is applied in 8 phases. A fine ceramic oxide film is created on the pot to provide a very strong surface, an outstanding anti-corrosion function and strong durability. The active steam hall is located on top of the lid for convenience – to dispatch extreme evaporation and neutralize the inner pressure.

With added hygienic purposes, the active steam hall is made out of stainless steel.
